Clients that are not local to the Denver Metro Area will be assigned a Bankruptcy prepare and scheduled for a telephone intake appointment. This appointment will take 1.5 hours.
FIRST: We will ask you a series of questions to qualify you for our services. In order to qualify for an Uncontested Divorce you and spouse must be in full agreement. This will ensure that we can successfully assist you in the preparation of your documents.
QUESTION THAT WILL BE ASKED:
Do you and your spouse have children from the current marriage?
Do you and your spouse have property from the current marriage?
How long have you lived in your current state?
Are you and your spouse in full agreement regarding division or property?
Are you and your spouse in full agreement regarding child support?
Are you and your spouse in full agreement regarding alimony/maintenance?
SECOND: Now that you have qualified for our services you will come into the office we will prepare the documents for you to file.
THIRD: If you have children you will be required to attend an Initial Status Conference.
FOURTH: If you have children you will be required to attend a parenting class.
FIFTH: After filing the Divorce Decree will be issued on or after the 92nd day
